For over two decades, I’ve designed learning systems, executive-function frameworks, and cognitive strategy models.

I understand how thinking patterns influence execution. How structure influences confidence. How decision overload quietly erodes performance.

Traditional business advice assumes everyone processes information the same way. That assumption costs women time, energy, and revenue.

So I built a different model.

One rooted in decision clarity. Cognitive alignment. Structural precision.

My work is informed by graduate study at NYU and advanced leadership training through Harvard and Cornell, but more importantly, by years of designing systems that actually hold up in real life.

And real life matters.

I am also a mother and caregiver, which means I don’t design theory-based business plans. I design structures that work when you’re carrying responsibility, making decisions all day, and building something meaningful.
